These Terms & Conditions explain how Rock N Tiara Kids Spa manages reservation requests, deposits, availability, guest invitations, waivers, payments, event services, and customer responsibilities. By using our website, submitting a reservation request, paying a deposit, completing a waiver or invitation consent form, or attending an event, you agree to these terms.
Who We Are
Rock N Tiara Kids Spa provides kids spa-style celebrations, birthday parties, selected services, and related event experiences. Our primary website is https://rockntiara.com. We may also use https://rockntiarakidsspa.com.
Rock N Tiara Kids Spa is located at 9875 W Sample Rd, Coral Springs, FL 33065.
Reservation Requests
Submitting a party request through Book Now or checkout starts a reservation review process. A reservation request is not a final confirmed event until Rock N Tiara reviews availability, payment status, event details, package details, guest count, and any special requests.
The date and time selected online are requested preferences. Rock N Tiara must confirm the final event date and time before the event is considered fully scheduled.
Rock N Tiara may contact the host to clarify party details, add-ons, guest count, timing, safety needs, allergies, accessibility needs, payment details, or operational requirements.
Availability and Temporary Holds
Requested party dates and start times may be placed on a temporary hold while Rock N Tiara reviews the request and payment status. Temporary holds may expire if payment is not completed, payment is not verified, or the reservation is not finalized.
- Temporary holds are intended to protect the requested slot during review.
- Active holds may block other customers from selecting the same operational window.
- Confirmed reservations block the event time plus operational setup and cleanup time.
- Manual blackout windows may be added by Rock N Tiara for private events, staffing, holidays, maintenance, or other operational needs.
Rock N Tiara reserves the right to adjust, decline, or reschedule a requested time if availability, staffing, package duration, cleanup time, safety, or operational needs require it.
Deposits, Payments, and Final Balance
Party reservations use a USD 200 reservation deposit unless Rock N Tiara states otherwise in writing. The deposit starts the reservation process and is applied toward the event.
The USD 200 reservation deposit is non-refundable. Paying the deposit does not automatically confirm final availability until Rock N Tiara completes the reservation review.
The estimated celebration total shown online may not be the final balance. Final pricing may change based on guest count, add-ons, custom requests, service adjustments, taxes, fees, discounts, staffing, or items that require manual confirmation.
Any remaining balance, payment timing, accepted payment methods, taxes, gratuity, convenience fees, or add-on charges may be confirmed separately by Rock N Tiara.
Changes, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
If the host needs to change guest count, date, time, package, add-ons, or event details, the host should contact Rock N Tiara as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability, staffing, package rules, preparation needs, and any additional costs.
Deposits are non-refundable. When possible and approved by Rock N Tiara, a reservation may be rescheduled or credited toward another available date, but rescheduling is not guaranteed and may depend on notice, availability, package type, staffing, and event preparation already completed.
Rock N Tiara may decline, cancel, place on hold, or reschedule a reservation if payment is not verified, required event details are incomplete, waivers or invitation consents are missing, safety concerns exist, or the event cannot be performed under appropriate operational conditions.
Guest Invitations and Required Consent
Some parties include guest invitations and guest-level consent links. Hosts are responsible for providing accurate invited child names, parent or guardian names, and parent or guardian email addresses.
- Each invited child may receive a unique invitation consent link.
- Guest invitation consent must be completed by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult.
- Guest consent may include the invited child birthday and age for event records and planning.
- Rock N Tiara may require all expected attendees to have accepted invitation consent before participating.
Participation may be limited or refused for any child whose required waiver or invitation consent has not been completed before the event.
Event Services and Participation
Rock N Tiara provides children party and spa-style entertainment services. Activities, products, decorations, crafts, add-ons, food items, treats, costumes, robes, and party elements may vary by package, availability, season, guest count, age, event needs, staffing, and safety considerations.
Services are designed as age-appropriate entertainment and celebration experiences. They are not medical, therapeutic, or clinical services. Hosts and attending adults remain responsible for disclosing allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, accessibility needs, behavioral needs, dietary restrictions, or other information that may affect safe participation.
Rock N Tiara may substitute, adjust, pause, or remove an activity if needed for safety, availability, staffing, child comfort, facility conditions, guest conduct, or operational reasons.
Guest Conduct and Safety
Guests and attending adults must follow Rock N Tiara staff instructions and venue rules. Unsafe, disruptive, destructive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior may result in a paused activity, removal from an activity, limitation of participation, or other action needed to protect children, guests, staff, property, and the venue.
The host may be responsible for damage, loss, cleanup needs, missing property, or additional costs caused by guests, accompanying adults, omitted information, unsafe behavior, or failure to follow instructions.
Photos, Videos, and Marketing
Rock N Tiara may take photos or videos for internal event records, customer service, social media, website, print, advertising, or promotional use unless the host requests otherwise in writing before the event. Rock N Tiara respects client privacy and will consider reasonable opt-out requests.
Guests and families may take personal photos when appropriate, but must respect the privacy and comfort of other families, guests, staff, and children.
Website Use
Website content, package descriptions, prices, availability previews, images, and service details may change without notice. Rock N Tiara makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but online information may contain errors, outdated details, or availability that changes before staff review.
Users agree not to misuse the website, interfere with booking or waiver systems, submit false information, access private links that do not belong to them, or attempt to bypass security, payment, reservation, invitation, or consent workflows.
Waiver Terms
Rock N Tiara may require hosts and invited guests to complete waiver, release, safety acknowledgment, or invitation consent forms before participation. The full waiver language is shown below.

This waiver is connected to the reservation details shown above. It must be completed by the parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult before participation.
Event details and location
The celebration is scheduled as a private children party or kids spa event at Rock N Tiara Kids Spa - 9875 W Sample Rd, Coral Springs, FL 33065. Event date, time, package, guest count, selected add-ons, and host information are tied to the reservation record and may be updated only by Rock N Tiara after review.
Authorized attendees
Participation is limited to the child, invited guests, authorized accompanying parents or guardians, the host, and Rock N Tiara staff or approved service providers. Unauthorized visitors or unapproved third parties are not part of the event access.
Nature of the service
The host understands that Rock N Tiara provides children entertainment, spa-party styling, themed celebration experiences, creative activities, and party services. These services are for entertainment purposes only. Although staff may be trained for party activities and guest care, Rock N Tiara services do not constitute medical, therapeutic, dermatological, cosmetology, or health treatment services.
Child-appropriate materials
Rock N Tiara selects activities, decor, materials, products, and party elements intended for children and supervised celebration use. The host acknowledges that they are booking a children party service and that the ordinary activities are designed to be age-appropriate, decorative, playful, and non-medical.
Spa activity policies
Rock N Tiara does not cut nails and does not use sharp utensils to perform manicures or pedicures. Rock N Tiara does not use electricity with water for party spa activities and uses warm water basins only. Pedicure basins are sanitized between parties and lined with disposable pedicure liners. Disposable makeup applicators are used for each guest when applicable.
Allergies, sensitivities, and medical disclosure
The host is responsible for notifying Rock N Tiara in advance if any child has food allergies, dietary restrictions, skin sensitivities, respiratory conditions, medical limitations, behavioral needs, accessibility needs, or any other information that may affect safe participation. Rock N Tiara cannot evaluate or protect against conditions that are not disclosed before the event.
Food, treats, products, and add-ons
The host acknowledges that parties may include food, candy, beverages, cosmetic-style play products, glitter, lotions, polish, slime, craft materials, decorations, or third-party add-ons. Rock N Tiara is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities related to nail or makeup-style products, robes, costumes, food, beverages, treats, crafts, or other party materials when the relevant allergy, restriction, or sensitivity was not disclosed in advance. Availability, ingredients, suitability, and pricing for some add-ons may require separate confirmation before the event.
Rock N Tiara property and equipment
Spa robes, costumes, party props, decor, equipment, supplies, and party items remain the property of Rock N Tiara unless Rock N Tiara specifically states otherwise. They are not intended for guests to keep. If Rock N Tiara equipment or party items are lost, damaged, or taken by a guest, whether intentionally or unintentionally, the host may be responsible for reasonable monetary reimbursement.
Safety rules and guest conduct
Guests and accompanying adults must follow staff instructions and venue rules. The host and attending parents or guardians remain responsible for supervising children, keeping them safe and under control, and helping prevent unsafe behavior during the party. Running, pushing, climbing on furniture, unsafe play, damaging property, entering restricted areas, or disruptive behavior may result in a paused activity, removal from an activity, or other action needed to protect children, guests, staff, and the venue.
Right to refuse or stop service
Rock N Tiara reserves the right to refuse service to any child, guest, or party if Rock N Tiara believes a health risk, safety risk, unsafe environment, disruptive behavior, undisclosed condition, or other concern may place guests, employees, associates, contractors, or the venue at risk.
Required permission waiver
Each child attendee may be required to have a signed permission waiver from a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult before participating in party activities. Rock N Tiara may limit participation when required waiver information has not been provided.
Assumption of ordinary event risks
The host understands that children events may involve ordinary and inherent risks, including slips, trips, minor falls, bumps, allergic reactions, product sensitivities, stains, property damage, emotional discomfort, or incidents caused during the event by guest behavior, undisclosed conditions, food, beverages, costumes, robes, products, decorations, or party activities.
Photos, videos, and privacy
Photos or videos taken by Rock N Tiara may be used by Rock N Tiara for internal records and promotional purposes, including website, social media, print, advertisements, or publications, unless the host requests otherwise in writing before the event. Rock N Tiara respects client privacy and does not sell or disclose personal contact information to third parties for unrelated marketing.
Release and hold harmless acknowledgment
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the host affirms that they have read this agreement, understand the nature of the party and spa-style entertainment services provided to the child, and agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rock N Tiara, its owners, staff, contractors, representatives, and approved providers from claims, losses, suits, damages, or causes of action arising from ordinary event risks, guest conduct, omitted medical or allergy information, product sensitivities, misuse of materials, property damage, failure to follow instructions, or circumstances outside Rock N Tiara reasonable control.
Emergency authorization
If an urgent situation occurs, the host authorizes Rock N Tiara to contact emergency services and the host contact information on file. The host remains responsible for medical decisions, follow-up care, related costs, and any required documentation.
Final acknowledgment
By checking the acceptance box and signing, the signer confirms they have read this waiver, understand it, had the opportunity to ask questions, and voluntarily accept these terms for the child and celebration connected to this reservation.
